There are many behaviors which we engage in a day to day basis. All these can be explained by Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory. Some examples are production of food, preparation and eating food, showing care for others and actions such as that. This chapter stresses on the fact Bandura gave three tenets based of which the process of learning depends. They are observing the surroundings, they are imitating it and finally they are modelling their behavior accordingly. This is indeed true because both nature and nurture plays important role in a growth and development of a child both physically and intellectually.
